At Vardangi Cabs, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly, and we strive to provide flexibility and transparency when it comes to our refund and cancellation policies. Cancellation Policy:
- If you wish to cancel your booking, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible. You can contact our customer support team via phone or email to initiate the cancellation process.
- The cancellation charges may vary depending on the time of cancellation:
- If the cancellation is made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, there will be no cancellation charges, and you will receive a full refund.
- If the cancellation is made between 12 to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total fare will be applicable.
- If the cancellation is made less than 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time or in the case of a no-show, no refund will be provided.
Refund Policy:
- If you are eligible for a refund based on our cancellation policy, we will process the refund within a reasonable timeframe.
- The refund will be processed using the same payment method used for the booking. However, please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions:
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to make exceptions to our cancellation policy. In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution or provide a full refund.
- For bookings made through third-party platforms or agents, please refer to their respective cancellation and refund policies.
Amendment Policy:
- If you need to make changes to your booking, such as a change in pickup time or location, we encourage you to inform us in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your requests, subject to vehicle availability.
- Changes to the booking may incur additional charges, and the final fare will be adjusted accordingly. Our customer support team will provide you with the details of any applicable charges or fare adjustments.
