Terms and Conditions of Vardangi Cabs

1. Service Provision: a. Vardangi Cabs provides transportation services and acts as an intermediary between you and the drivers. b. We strive to provide reliable and comfortable transportation. However, we do not guarantee the availability of our Services at all times, as it may be subject to factors beyond our control.

2. Booking and Payments: a. You may book our Services through our website, mobile application, or by contacting our customer support team. b. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process. c. Payments for our Services can be made through various methods, including cash and online payment options. By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have obtained the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method.

3. User Responsibilities: a. You agree to use our Services responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. b. You are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle or property during the course of your trip due to your actions or negligence.

4. Cancellation and No-Show: a. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information regarding cancellation charges and refund eligibility. b. If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup location within a reasonable timeframe, it may be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

5. Limitation of Liability: a. Vardangi Cabs and its drivers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our Services. b. We shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings or any injuries sustained during the use of our Services.

6. Indemnity: a. You agree to indemnify and hold Vardangi Cabs and its drivers harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

7. Modification and Termination: a. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate our Services or these Terms at any time without prior notice. b. We may also refuse or restrict your access to our Services if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: a. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujrat, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. b. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujrat
